When will my order ship?

We aim to fulfil all orders within 72 business hours. In busy periods it may take a little longer to process your order.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to the US, UK, EU, Hong Kong, and China.

What should I do if I receive a damaged package?

If you receive a damaged package please report this immediately to your delivery courier and take a photo of the package. Please note that VARCHU is not responsible for merchandise that is damaged or lost during transportation. We always pack everything carefully, thereby minimising possible damage.

How can I track my order?

How much will import customs & duties cost?

We are unable to provide an exact estimate of these fees. Once your order arrives at customs, the shipping company will reach out to inform you of any additional costs. If you decide not to pay the required import taxes, VARCHU reserves the right to charge you for any costs we incur as a result. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on import taxes and duties before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

At this time, given our small scale, VARCHU does not accept returns or refunds, only exchanges and store credit are currently available. Please note all return shipping costs for exchanges will be born by the customer.

How do I place an order?

You can easily place an order by selecting the product, choosing your preferred options (size, color, quantity), and adding it to your cart. Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout, fill in your shipping details, and complete the payment.

Can I cancel my order after it was placed?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel your order once placed. You are more than welcome to return the items after you have received them.

When will my payment be charged?

Your payment will be charged as soon as you complete the checkout process. You’ll receive an order confirmation email once the transaction is successful.
