Return Policy
We hope you love your VARCHU piece. Each item is made with care and attention to detail.
At this time, given our small scale, VARCHU does not accept returns or refunds, only exchanges and store credit are currently available. If there’s a manufacturing defect, please contact us with your order number and details — we’ll be happy to help find a solution. All inquiries kindly email info@varchu.com.
Please note that any import taxes and duties that may occur are for customer’s own expense.
VARCHU will issue exchanges and store credit as long as they comply with the return standards below.
The item(s) should be returned new, unused, in the original polybag and with all VARCHU tags.
Exchanges that have been worn, stained, damaged, washed or altered will not be accepted, and may be sent back to your expense.
You may try the item in the way you would in a shop without causing any sort of deterioration. If the item(s) are used in any other way than described in the above, we consider the item(s) as used and you will lose your right of return partially or completely.
If the customer refuses the order or fails to complete the necessary customs clearance procedures (including the payment of duties, taxes or handling fees), and the parcel is considered abandoned or destroyed by the carrier or customs authorities, no refund will be issued for the order amount or shipping costs.
If, in exceptional cases, the parcel is returned to us, any return shipping costs, customs duties and handling fees may be deducted from the refund.
